ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 08-074 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> FOR ARBORS ALLEY ROADWAY AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed the City of St. Anthony improve: <br /> 1. Alley located immediately south of Croft Drive and west of Old Highway 8. <br /> by reconstruction of the roadways and utilities, and to assess the benefited <br /> property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,pursuant to Minnesota <br /> Statutes Chapter 429. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> ST.
