ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 08-077 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE GRANTS FOR THE WATER RE-USE <br /> FACILITY PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village constructed a Water Re-Use Facility in <br /> conjunction with the reconstruction of Silver Lake Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, the following organizations provided grants to the City of St. Anthony <br /> Village to assists in the construction costs for this facility: <br /> * Hennepin County $185,321.25 <br /> * MWMO $679,736.17 <br /> • Middle Mississippi Watershed Organization <br /> * RCWD $25,000.00 <br /> Rice Creek Watershed District <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby accepts the Grants for the Water Re-use Facility Project. <br /> Adopted this 8th day of December, 2008. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • Review for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> ZACouncil Meetings\2008\12082008\res08078 donation water reuse.doc <br />
