CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> • STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 09-091 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBMITTAL OF THE <br /> 2010 RAMSEY COUNTY MUNICIPAL RECYCLING GRANT APPLICATION. <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County has made a portion of its Municipal Recycling Grant <br /> revenues available to cities;and <br /> WHEREAS, The City of St.Anthony has completed the required grant application to <br /> receive these funds;and <br /> WHEREAS, The funds will be used for SCORE Grant eligible recycling activities. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> does hereby approve the submittal of the 2010 Ramsey County Municipal <br /> Recycling Grant application with supporting documentation and entering <br /> into an agreement for the use of these funds. <br /> • Adopted this 8th day of December,2009. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration ' <br /> City M ager <br /> • <br />
