CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 10-011 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING ELECTED OFFICIALS OUT OF <br /> STATE TRAVEL POLICY <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statute Chapter 156, Section 56, Article 2 now requires <br /> that cities,counties and school districts develop a policy that regulates <br /> travel by located elected officials outside of the state; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council will review this policy annually and any changes to the <br /> policy must be approved by a recorded vote; <br /> WHEREAS, elected officials will follow the limitations outlined in the policy. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the elected officials Out of State Travel Policy. <br /> Adopted this 12th day of January, 2010. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: JA <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> Ci Manager <br /> ZACouncil Meetings\2010\01122010\reselected officials policy.doc <br />
