CITY OF ST.ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 10-014 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ST.ANTHONY <br /> TO ENTER INTO A CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br /> WITH THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE FOR THE BITUMINOUS MILL AND <br /> OVERLAY OF HIGHCREST ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, The City of St.Anthony has prepared final plans and specifications for the bituminous <br /> mill and overlay of Highcrest Road between 33'd Avenue NE and 37`h Avenue NE, <br /> WHEREAS, The City of St.Anthony has prepared a construction agreement for the bituminous mill <br /> and overlay of Highcrest Road, <br /> WHEREAS, The agreement states the total cost of the project will be shared equally by the Cities <br /> except that the costs of utilities that are replaced will be paid by the benefited City, <br /> WHEREAS, after the award by the City of St. Anthony to the successful bidder on the Project,the <br /> City of St. Anthony shall invoice the City of Roseville for ninety(90)percent of the <br /> estimated City of Roseville share in the contract construction and engineering costs for <br /> the Project, <br /> WHEREAS, payments shall be made to the City of St. Anthony,in the name of the City of St. <br /> Anthony,by the City of Roseville for the full amount due stated on the invoices within <br /> thirty(30)days of the invoice date, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville will pay the remaining ten(10)percent,including additional costs <br /> resulting from supplemental agreements and change orders,within thirty(30)days after <br /> completion of the proposed improvements. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> Authorizes City Staff to enter into the construction agreement with the City of Roseville for the <br /> bituminous mill and overlay of Highcrest Road between 33'd Avenue NE and 37`h Avenue NE. <br /> Adopted this 12`h day of January, 2010. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: A# <br /> City Ma ger <br /> Z(Council Meenngs12010101122010iRes Roseville Coop doo <br />
