CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 10-018 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY'S <br /> 2009 PAY EQUITY IMPLEMENTATION REPORT <br /> WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota Department of Employee Relations is statutorily <br /> authorized to require Minnesota Cities to submit a Pay Equity <br /> Implementation Report every three (3) years;and <br /> WHEREAS, this pay equity report is required by State statutes 471.991 to 471.999 to <br /> prove compliance with the State's Local Government Pay Equity Act,and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff has compiled and reported salaries,health benefits and job <br /> evaluation systems as of December 31st as required for the Pay Equity <br /> Implementation Report;and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff has posted in accordance with Minnesota statutes an official notice <br /> in the City Hall Lunch Room and at the St. Anthony branch of the <br /> Hennepin County Library that the City has submitted its Pay Equity <br /> Implementation Report to the Minnesota Department of Employee <br /> Relations;and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff has mailed via US Postal Service a copy of the official notice of the <br /> City's submission of the Pay Equity Implementation Report to all union <br /> representatives in this jurisdiction;and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony has <br /> complied with the statutory requirements of 471.991 to 471.999, Local <br /> Government Pay Equity Act,to complete and submit its 2009 Pay Equity <br /> Implementation Report to the Department of Employee Relations;and <br /> BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that the City has also complied with the notification <br /> requirements of Local Government Pay Equity Act. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of February,2010. <br /> ayor Pro Tem <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> � - <br /> • f City Manager <br />
