ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 10-025 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br /> 2010 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 23d day of February, 2010, fixed <br /> a date for Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br /> 2010 Street and Utility provements Project <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction, replacement of sanitary sewer, water <br /> main and storm sewer lines, sidewalk improvements, and street lighting <br /> improvements in the following locations: <br /> 1. Street and Utility Reconstruction <br /> ■ Silver Lane from Silver Lake Road to 16`h Avenue SW <br /> 2. Bituminous Mill and Overlay <br /> ■ Old Highway 8 from Highway 88 to 33rd Avenue NE <br /> ■ Highcrest Road from 33rd Avenue NE to 37`h Avenue NE <br /> • 3.
