CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 10-027 <br /> GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL <br /> FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THE CITY'S GENERAL OBLIGATION <br /> STREET RECONSTRUCTION PLAN BONDS IN AN AMOUNT <br /> NOT TO EXCEED $1,400,000 AND <br /> ADOPTING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA STREET <br /> RECONSTRUCTION PLAN OF 2010 THROUGH 2014 THEREFOR <br /> A. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota (the <br /> "City") proposes to issue its general obligation street reconstruction plan bonds (the <br /> "Bonds") and adopt the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota Street Reconstruction Plan of <br /> 2010 through 2014 therefor(the"Plan"); and <br /> B. WHEREAS, the City has caused notice of the public hearing on the <br /> intention to issue the Bonds and on the proposed adoption of the Plan to be published <br /> pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.58, Subdivision 3b; <br /> and <br /> C. WHEREAS, a public hearing on the intention to issue the Bonds and on <br /> the proposed Plan has been held on this date, following published notice of the hearing as <br /> required by law; and <br /> NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony, Minnesota, that the City hereby gives preliminary approval for the issuance of <br /> up to $1,400,000 aggregate principal amount of the Bonds. The Plan is hereby adopted, <br /> the same being before the City Council and made a part of these proceedings by <br /> reference. The City declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the Plan <br /> from the proceeds of the Bonds. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Member .6jlsoln and, after full discussion thereof and upon a vote being taken <br /> thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> 'Paus4-I CrAy i kvwc)o , j27+0 � Sh`Ile, <br /> and the following voted against the same: 1'�0 Vie, <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
