ANTHONY VILLAGE RESOLUTION 10-030 A RESOLUTION AWARIDING A BIID FOR 2010 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for the above-referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: Contractor Total Bid 1. Redstone Construction Company, Inc. $1,736,962.06 10. C. S. McCrossan Construction, Inc. $2,085,176.11 WHEREAS, it appears that Nodland Construction Co. Inc. of Alexandria, MN is the lowest responsible bidder, NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: 1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Nodland Construction Co. Inc. in the amount of$1,364,500.97 in the name of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above-referenced project according to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. 2.
