CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 10-032 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ST. <br /> ANTHONY-NEW BRIGHTON SCHOOL DISTRICT #282 <br /> COMMUNITY SERVICES. <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony-New Brighton School District #282 entered <br /> in to a lease agreement with the City of St. Anthony in <br /> September 1996; and <br /> WHEREAS, the lease agreement is for the Community Services division <br /> of the school district and gymnasium space; and <br /> WHEREAS, the lease agreement was amended to allow an increase in the <br /> rent amount with the effective dates of January 1, 2008; and <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony-New Brighton School Board is proposing to <br /> amend the lease agreement Article 6. Use to allow the <br /> Huskies gymnastic program as well as other youth <br /> gymnastics programs offered by the St. Anthony/New <br /> Brighton School District of Community Services; and <br /> WHEREAS, this lease amendment would be effective beginning the 2010 <br /> - 2011 School year. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony approves amending the lease <br /> with St. Anthony-New Brighton School District #282 Community Services. <br /> Adopted this 11th day of May, 2010. <br /> Nia <br /> yor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: AV / Ao_'. <br /> City Manager <br />
