CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 10-039 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT A PARTIAL PAYMENT FROM THE CITY OF <br /> NEW BRIGHTON FOR THE 2010 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village entered into a construction agreement with <br /> the City of New Brighton for a section of the 2010 Street Improvement <br /> Project: and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has submitted 90 percent of their share of the <br /> construction costs: <br /> *City of New Brighton $521,773.77 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> Village accepts a partial payment from the City of New Brighton for the 2010 Street <br /> Improvement Project. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of Lune 2010. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: A 9 <br /> City Manager <br /> ZACouncil Meetings\2010\06222010\res nb partial payment.doc <br />
