CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 10-046 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A STUDY REGARDING <br /> REGULATION OF PIPE AND TOBACCO SHOPS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony as follows: <br /> 1. Under the City's Zoning Code pipe and tobacco shops are permitted uses in the <br /> Commercial District. <br /> 2.
