CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 10-050 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THE ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR THE <br /> YEARS 2011 THROUGH 2014 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has contracted the City's assessment services <br /> through Hennepin County for the Hennepin County portion of the City of St. <br /> Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS, the current contract expires on July 31, 2010; and <br /> WHEREAS, Hennepin County has provided an Assessment Agreement (No. A101051) <br /> for the years 2011 through 2014. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> Authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to Execute the Assessment Agreement between <br /> the City of St. Anthony and Hennepin County for the Years 2011 through 2014 <br /> Adopted this 27th day of Jud 2010 <br /> iyv <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: `- <br /> City Manager <br /> ZACouncil Meetings\2010\07272010\res he assessment agreement.doc <br />
