CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 10-055 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND <br /> ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR 2011 STREET RECONSTRUCTION <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 8, 2010, a report was prepared by <br /> WSB &Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of- <br /> 1. Belden Drive NE from 37th Avenue NE to 36th Avenue NE <br /> 2. Coolidge Street NE from 37th Avenue NE to 36th Avenue NE <br /> 3. Harding Street NE from 37th Avenue NE to 36th Avenue NE <br /> 4. Edward Street NE from 37th Avenue NE to 36th Avenue NE <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, <br /> cost effective, and feasible. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that: <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report at <br /> an estimated total cost of the improvement of$1,890,000. <br /> 2) WSB &Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
