CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 10-058 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT FROM THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY <br /> MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) AND DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND <br /> SECURITY (DHS) FOR THE ST. ANTHONY FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Fire Department applied for a grant to Federal <br /> Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Department of <br /> Homeland Security (DHS); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Fire Department will receive$48,402.00 with the <br /> city contributing$2,548.00 for a total of$50,950.00; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Fire Department agrees not to deviate from the <br /> approved scope of work without prior written approval from FEMA. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> accepts a grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and <br /> Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for the St. Anthony Fire Department. <br /> Adopted this 24th day of Auggst, 2010 <br /> 4ay o r <br /> ATTEST: &Ijvavm� <br /> City Clerk QJ <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> Ilk- <br /> City Nfanager <br /> FACouncil Meetings\2010\08242010\res FEMA grant.doc <br />
