CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 10-061 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE <br /> 2010 STATE GENERAL ELECTION AND FOR THE ABSENTEE BALLOT BOARD <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Election Law 204B.21 requires that persons serving as election <br /> judges be appointed by the Council at least 25 days before the election. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Anthony City Council that the individuals named on Exhibit <br /> A,and on file in the office of the City Clerk be appointed as the City of St. Anthony's <br /> Election Judges for the November 2, 2010 State General Election and General Election <br /> Absentee Ballot Board; and <br /> BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED the St. Anthony City Council also appoints other individuals <br /> and all members appointed to the Hennepin County Absentee Ballot Board and Ramsey <br /> County Absentee Ballot Board as authorized under Minnesota Statute 204B.21, subd. 2 <br /> under the direction of the respective Election Manager to serve as members of the St. <br /> Anthony Absentee Ballot Board; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is with this, authorized to make any <br /> substitutions or additions as seemed necessary. <br /> Adopted this 28th day of September, 2010. <br /> Mayor <br /> e <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
