CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 10-065 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> ST. ANTHONY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT <br /> OF PUBLIC SAFETY, OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Police Department entered into a grant <br /> agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office <br /> of Traffic Safety for the project entitled Safe and Sober <br /> Communities during the period of October 1, 2010 through <br /> September 30, 2011; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Police Department Chief is hereby <br /> authorized to execute such agreements and amendments as are <br /> necessary to implement the project on behalf of the St. Anthony <br /> Police Department; and <br /> WHEREAS, that the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department is hereby authorized <br /> to be the fiscal agent and administer the grant on behalf of the St. <br /> Anthony Police Department. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony City Council <br /> approves Resolution 10-000; Authorizing Execution of Agreement between the St. <br /> Anthony Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of <br /> Traffic Safety. <br /> Adopted this 12th day of October, 2010. <br /> M yor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> ity pager <br /> F:ICouncif Meetings110101101110101res safe and sober.doc <br />
