CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 10-066 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> ST.
