CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 10-067 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF THE INTOXICATING <br /> LIQUOR LICENSE FOR APPLE NORTH, LLC.,DBA APPLEBEE'S RESTAURANT <br /> AT 2800 -39TH AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS, American Limited Partnership of Minnesota, received their intoxicating <br /> liquor license in January 2005; and <br /> WHEREAS, the American Limited Partnership of Minnesota, has maintained their <br /> intoxicating liquor license in good standing with the City of St. Anthony; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, in 2008, the Intoxicating Liquor License was transferred to Applebee's <br /> Restaurants North, LLC; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Applebee's Restaurant North, LLC has maintained their intoxicating <br /> liquor license in good standing with the City of St. Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has received the a request to transfer the <br /> Intoxicating Liquor License to Apple North LLC; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received all the proper documentation and the St. Anthony <br /> Police Department has conducted a conclusive background check on all <br /> officers and employees in the corporation with no negative items being <br /> discovered. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council Approves the Transfer of <br /> the Intoxicating Liquor License for Apple North, LLC, dba Applebee's Restaurant at <br /> 2800-39th Avenue. <br /> Adopted this 12th day of October, 2010. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
