CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 10-068 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT FROM THE MINNESOTA <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY/OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY FOR THE ST. <br /> ANTHONY POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Police Department applied for a grant from <br /> the Minnesota Department of Public Safety/Office of Traffic Safety <br /> for in-car cameras for the squad cars; and <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Police Department received the grant in the <br /> amount of$47,000; and <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Police Department will need to contribute $13,000 <br /> to the purchase of the in-car camera equipment; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purchase of these in-car cameras will be a great asset to the St. <br /> Anthony Police Department and to all cities served by the them <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony City Council <br /> approves Resolution 10-068; Accepting a Grant from the Minnesota Department of <br /> Public Safety/Office of Traffic Safety for the St. Anthony Police Department <br /> Adopted this 26th day of October, 2010. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST:' 4 <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: t <br /> City Manager <br /> F.•ICouncil Meelings12010110262010tres pd in car cameras.doc <br />
