CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 10-074 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT FOR THECITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> FROM THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR PUBLIC <br /> SAFETY OFFICER'S DISABILITY BENEFITS FOR THE PERIOD OF <br /> JULY 1,2009 TO JUNE 30,2010 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony applied for a Grant from the Minnesota <br /> Department of Public Safety for Public Safety Officer's Disability <br /> Benefits; <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony received a grant fund for the amount of <br /> $5,005.08; <br /> WHEREAS, these grant funds will be used to defray the City of St. Anthony's <br /> portion of health insurance benefits for disabled peace officers or <br /> fire fighters. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony City Council <br /> approves Resolution 10-074; Accepting a Grant for the City of St. Anthony from the <br /> Minnesota Department of Public Safety for Public Safety Officer's Disability Benefits <br /> for the period of July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of November, 2010. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> F.-Council Meetings110101110910101res disability grant.doc <br />
