CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 10-081 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING 2011 SALARY OF <br /> MICHAEL J. MORNSON,ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE CITY MANAGER <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village employs Michael J. Mornson as its <br /> City Manager; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and City Manager have agreed to a 2011 salary of <br /> $112,534.87. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony Village hereby authorizes an annual salary of$112,534.87 for City <br /> Manager Michael J.
