CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 10-082 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ONE(1)YEAR EXTENSION OF THE <br /> 2008-2010 HENNEPIN COUNTY RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING SCORE GRANT AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Hennepin County has made a portion of its Municipal Recycling Grant Revenues <br /> available to participating and eligible cities; and <br /> WHEREAS the City of St. Anthony has completed the required grant application; and <br /> WHEREAS, the funds are used for the City's residential source-separated recyclables program; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Hennepin County and the City of St. Anthony entered into a three-year <br /> Residential Recycling Grant Agreement commencing on January 1, 2008; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board adopted Resolution No. 10-0486 on November 16, 2010 that <br /> extends the 2008 - 2010 Residential Recycling Grant Agreement to December <br /> 31, 2011; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves and submits two copies of the executed 2011 Amendment 1 to Residential <br /> Recycling Grant Agreement, extending 2008 - 2010 Residential Recycling Grant Agreement to <br /> December 31, 2011; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT,the City Council confirms that the <br /> City Manager is authorized to sign the 2011 Amendment 1 to Residential Recycling Grant <br /> Agreement. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of December, 2010. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> 114� <br /> Review for Administration: AV <br /> City M nager <br />
