CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 10-084 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE CITY OF NEW <br /> BRIGHTON FOR ENGINEERING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH <br /> THE 2010 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village entered into a construction agreement with <br /> the City of New Brighton for a section of the 2010 Street Improvement <br /> Project: and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has submitted $57,137.88 to the City of St. <br /> Anthony their portion of the Engineering Costs Associated with the 2010 <br /> Street Improvement Project. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> Village accepts reimbursement from the City of New Brighton for Engineering Costs <br /> Associated with the 2010 Street Improvement Project. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of December, 2010. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> FACouncil Meetings\2010\06222010\res nb partial payment.doc <br />
