CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 10-085 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DISBURSEMENT FROM THE STATE OF <br /> MINNESOTA FOR THE ST. ANTHONY POLICE DEPARTMENT'S PORTION OF <br /> THE 2008 AND 2009 CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FINES <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Police Department received a <br /> disbursement in the amount of$247.43 from the State of <br /> Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, this disbursement was for fines for the 2008-2009 controlled <br /> substance offenses; and <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Police Department will apply this money to the <br /> DARE Fund to increase drug prevention and training within St. <br /> Anthony. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony City Council <br /> approves Resolution 10-085; Accepting the Disbursement from the State of Minnesota <br /> for the St. Anthony Police Department's Portion of the 2008-2009 Controlled Substance <br /> Fines. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of December, 2010. <br /> e. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> F-Council Meetingsl1010V11410101res dare program.doc <br />
