CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 10-089 <br /> A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE 2011 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND INTERNATIONAL UNION OF <br /> OPERATING ENGINEERS,LOCAL 49, AFL-CIO, REPRESENTING <br /> THE ST. ANTHONY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the 2011 Agreement between the International Union of <br /> Operating Engineers,Local 49, representing the St. Anthony Public Works Department, <br /> and the City of St. Anthony is hereby ratified and the Mayor and City Manager are <br /> authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of December , 2010. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
