ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 11-002 <br /> A RESOLUTION SPECIFYING PERSONS AUTHORIZED <br /> TO MAKE CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS REGARDING <br /> CITY FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby specifies: <br /> Mayor (Jerry Faust) <br /> City Manager (Michael J.
