CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE RESOLUTION 11-013 A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON 2011 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has been prepared with reference to the improvements: 2011 Street and Utility Improvements Project This project consists of street reconstruction,replacement of sanitary sewer,water main and storm sewer lines,and sidewalk improvements in the following locations: 1. Street and Utility Reconstruction ■ Belden Drive from 37`h Avenue NE to 36`h Avenue NE ■ Coolidge Street NE from 37`h Avenue NE to 36`h Avenue NE ■ Harding Street NE from 37`h Avenue NE to 36`h Avenue NE ■ Edward Street NE from 37`' Avenue NE to 36`h Avenue NE 2. Concrete Sidewalk Construction ■ 39`h Avenue NE from Macalaster Drive to Silver Lake Road NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony,Minnesota: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of$1,940,000. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 22nd day of February 2011,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.or as soon thereafter as possible,and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law. 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed improvements to be published twice in the official newspaper at least one week apart and at least three days prior to the hearing.
