ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 11-013 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON <br /> 2011 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has been <br /> prepared with reference to the improvements: <br /> 2011 Street and Utility Improvements Project <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction,replacement of sanitary sewer,water <br /> main and storm sewer lines,and sidewalk improvements in the following locations: <br /> 1. Street and Utility Reconstruction <br /> ■ Belden Drive from 37`h Avenue NE to 36`h Avenue NE <br /> ■ Coolidge Street NE from 37`h Avenue NE to 36`h Avenue NE <br /> ■ Harding Street NE from 37`h Avenue NE to 36`h Avenue NE <br /> ■ Edward Street NE from 37`' Avenue NE to 36`h Avenue NE <br /> 2. Concrete Sidewalk Construction <br /> ■ 39`h Avenue NE from Macalaster Drive to Silver Lake Road <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony,Minnesota: <br /> 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance <br /> with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the <br /> improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br /> the improvements of$1,940,000. <br /> 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 22nd day of <br /> February 2011,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.or as soon <br /> thereafter as possible,and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br /> hearing and improvements as required by law. <br /> 3.
