CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 11-016 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br /> FROM THE STREET RECONSTRUCTION FUND #504 TO <br /> THE 2008 SILVER LAKE ROAD PROJECT AND <br /> THE 2009 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the present fund balance for the 2008 Silver Lake Road Project equals $112,467.26 <br /> WHEREAS, the anticipated final payment to Hennepin County for right-of-way purchases and <br /> construction costs for the 2008 Silver Lake Road Project will total $150,667.93 <br /> WHEREAS, the present fund balance for the 2009 Road Improvement Project equals $30,348.92 <br /> WHEREAS, the anticipated final payment for construction for the 2009 Road Improvement Project <br /> will total$56,640.71 <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony,Minnesota <br /> authorize the following transfer of funds for the 2010 Fiscal/Budget Year. <br /> 1) Transfer from the Street Reconstruction Fund#504 to the 2008 Silver Lake Road Project <br /> Fund in the amount of$38,200.67 <br /> 2) Transfer from the Street Reconstruction Fund#504 to the 2009 Road Improvement Project <br /> Fund in the amount of$26,291.79 <br /> Adopted this 11"'day of January, 2011. <br /> --payor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
