<br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
<br /> 2011 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for
<br /> the above-referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to
<br /> law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

<br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Northdale Construction Co. Inc. of Albertville, MN is the lowest
<br /> responsible bidder,
<br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
<br /> 1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
<br /> with Northdale Construction Co. Inc. in the amount of$1,379,353.69 in the name of the City of
<br /> St. Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above-referenced project according
<br /> to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file in the office
<br /> of the City Clerk.
<br /> 2. The Engineer, WSB & Associates, Inc., is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to
<br /> all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder
<br /> and the next two lowest bidders shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
