CITY OF ST.ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 11-036 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY <br /> REPORT FOR 2012 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for street and utility reconstruction: <br /> ® Belden Drive from 34h Avenue NE to 360'Avenue NE <br /> ■ Coolidge Street NE from 34th Avenue NE to 36th Avenue NE <br /> ■ 35th Avenue NE from Harding Street to Belden Drive <br /> WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited <br /> properties,pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> That the proposed improvement be referred to WSB &Associates, Inc. for study and that they <br /> are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the"Council in a <br /> preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and <br /> feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br /> improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> o <br /> Adopted this 10 day of ��(. , 2011. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> T <br /> Reviewed for administration: / <br /> City Ma ger <br /> K 1016165 11-036-A wh Feas darn <br />
