CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 11-042 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP GRANT FROM <br /> CENTERPOINT ENERGY FOR THE ST. ANTHONY FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Fire Department applied for a Community <br /> Partnership Grant with CenterPoint Energy;and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Fire Department received notification that their <br /> application was accepted; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Fire Department was presented with a check <br /> from CenterPoint Energy at the June 28, 2011 City Council meeting; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Fire Department will utilize the grant to offset <br /> the costs of purchasing a combustible gas leak detector that will be used to <br /> serve the community. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby accepts the Community Partnership Grant from the CenterPoint Energy for the <br /> St. Anthony Fire Department. <br /> Adopted this 26th day of LWy, 2011. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> (1011 <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> FACouncil Meetings\2011\07262011'vesgrantcenterpoint.doc <br />
