ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 11-048 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND <br /> ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR 2012 STREET RECONSTRUCTION <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 14, 2011,a report was prepared by WSB <br /> &Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of: <br /> ■ Belden Drive from 34`h Avenue NE to 36th Avenue NE <br /> ■ Coolidge Street NE from 34`h Avenue NE to 36th Avenue NE <br /> ■ 35th Avenue NE from Harding Street to Belden Drive <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost <br /> effective, and feasible. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report at an <br /> estimated total cost of the improvement of$2,060,000. <br /> 2) WSB &Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
