CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 11-050 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING HLB TAUTGES REDPATH, LTD AS THE <br /> CITY AUDITOR FOR AUDITING YEARS 2011, 2012 AND 2013 <br /> WHEREAS, in 2008,the City of St. Anthony entered into a 3-year contract with HLB <br /> Tautges Redpath, Ltd for auditing services which is valid through <br /> December 31,2011; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the August 1, 2011, work session, the City Council and Staff discussed <br /> the current auditing/consultant services HLB Tautges Redpath provides; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council requested HLB Tautges Redpath provide a quote for a <br /> 3-year contract with a zero percent increase; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St Anthony received an engagement letter from HLB Tautges <br /> Redpath, Ltd agreeing the cost of auditing services will remain the same <br /> as the 2010 contract for each of the next three-years. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves <br /> HLB Tautges, Redpath, Ltd. to perform the services and role of the City Auditor for <br /> auditing years 2011, and &2013. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Mayor and the Interim City Manager are <br /> authorized to enter into this contract. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of August, 2011. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> Interim City Manager <br />
