CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 11-062 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ST. <br /> ANTHONY CANVASSING BOARD TO CANVASS THE RESULTS OF THE <br /> 2011 MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 16,2011 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council meets regularly on the second and fourth Tuesday <br /> of each month; and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with MN §205.185 subd. 3; the governing body is <br /> required to canvass the returns from the 2011 Municipal Election <br /> between the third and tenth days after the election; and <br /> WHEREAS, this timeline indicates the meeting dates need to be between <br /> November 14, 2011 and November 18, 2011. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby calls for a special meeting of the St. Anthony Canvassing Board <br /> to canvass the results of the 2011 Municipal Election on November 16, 2011 at <br /> 5:30 pm. <br /> Adopted this 25th day of October,2011 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: kdAll JlfUt <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> nt im City Manager <br />
