WHEREAS, Mr. Kozulla further testified that the Center does not use all of the <br /> parking spaces and often is used as overflow to the Market Place Center, <br /> the retail area to the northwest of the St. Anthony Shopping Center. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> does hereby approve the application from Kozulla&Associates, to amend the Sign Plan <br /> to the St. Anthony Shopping Sign Plan as originally adopted in 1989 and 2003. <br /> Adopted this 25th day of October,2011 <br /> ,Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> Interim eity Manager <br />
