CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 11-082 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE GRANT AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE AND THE <br /> RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE CENTRAL <br /> PARK BIOFILTRATION SYSTEM <br /> WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony Village intents to construct a project"Central Park Biofiltration <br /> System; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Rice Creek Watershed District has a cost-share program for the improvements and <br /> remediation of stonnwater management systems in developed urban environments; and <br /> WHEREAS, In accordance with Program guidelines,the District desires to provide the City cost-share <br /> assistance for the Project. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village: <br /> 1) the City Council agrees to accept and approve the Grant Agreement between the City of St. Anthony <br /> Village and the Rice Creek Watershed District; and <br /> 2) the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute said Agreement <br /> for and on behalf of the City of St. Anthony Village and accept$50,000. <br /> Adopted this 13`h day of December, 2011. <br /> ia <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: VO4 <br /> ity Manager <br /> F:(Council Meetingsl20111121320111Resolution Accept RCWD grant.doc <br />
