CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 11-083 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE <br /> MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> TO ACT AS THE CITY'S AGENT IN ACCEPTING FEDERAL AID. <br /> WHEREAS, The Minnesota Department of Transportation has requested to amend the existing <br /> agency agreement to incorporate and clarify current State Aid policies and procedures; and <br /> WHEREAS, Agency Agreement No. 99919 will supersede Agency Agreement No. 86533; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that pursuant to Minnesota Stat. Sec. 161.36,the <br /> Commissioner of Transportation be appointed as Agent of the City of St. Anthony to accept as its <br /> agent, federal aid funds which may be made available for eligible transportation related projects; <br /> and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony Village that the Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized and directed for and <br /> on behalf of the City of St. Anthony Village to execute and enter into an agreement with the <br /> Commissioner of Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of said federal aid <br /> participation as set forth and contained in"Minnesota Department of Transportation Agency <br /> Agreement No. 99919", a copy of which said agreement was before the City Council and which is <br /> made a part hereof by reference. <br /> Adopted this 13`h day of December, 2011. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: 1pa� <br /> City Manager <br /> F 1Council Meetings 120111121310111Res-Agency DCP.doc <br />
