CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 12-004 <br /> A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE LEGAL NEWSPAPER FOR THE CITY OF <br /> ST. ANTHONY FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2012 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby designates <br /> Lillie Suburban Newspapers, Inc.
