CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 12-011 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING ELECTED OFFICIALS OUT OF <br /> STATE TRAVEL POLICY <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statute Chapter 156, Section 56, Article 2 now requires <br /> that cities,counties and school districts develop a policy that regulates <br /> travel by located elected officials outside of the state; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council will review this policy annually and any changes to the <br /> policy must be approved by a recorded vote; <br /> WHEREAS, elected officials will follow the limitations outlined in the policy. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the elected officials Out of State Travel Policy. <br /> Adopted this 10th day of janualy, 2012. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: 6. <br /> City Manager <br /> FACouncil Meetings\2012\01102012\reselected officials policy.doc <br />
