CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 12-012 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT FROM THE MINNESOTA <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICER'S <br /> DISABILITY BENEFITS FOR THE PERIOD OF <br /> JULY 1,2010 TO JUNE 30,2011 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony applied for a Grant from the Minnesota <br /> Department of Public Safety for Public Safety Officer's Disability <br /> Benefits; <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony received a grant fund for the amount of <br /> $4,971.34; <br /> WHEREAS, these grant funds will be used to defray the City of St. Anthony's <br /> portion of health insurance benefits for disabled peace officers or <br /> fire fighters. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony City Council <br /> approves Resolution 12-013; Accepting a Grant from the Minnesota Department of <br /> Public Safety for Public Safety Officer's Disability Benefits for the period of July 1, 2010 <br /> to June 30, 2011. <br /> Adopted this 10th day of Tanuary 2012. <br /> (yo <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk Lj <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> F.ICovncil Meetings120121011020121res disability grant.doc <br />
