CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 12-013 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE GRANT <br /> REIMBURSEMENT FUNDS FROM THE <br /> METROPOLITAN COUNCIL OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR THE <br /> IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLICALLY OWNED INFRASTRUCTURE <br /> MADE ON THE 2010 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony has completed the improvements to the sanitary <br /> sewer as outlined in the grant agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> that the City Council herby accepts the grant reimbursement funds for and on behalf of the <br /> City of St. Anthony in the amount of$34,925.95 for sanitary sewer improvements <br /> completed during the 2010 Street and Utility Improvement Project. <br /> Adopted this 10th day of January 2012. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk t <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> F.(Council Meetings120121011020121Res Accept MCES Grant Funds.docx <br />
