ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 12-017 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING <br /> FOR THE 2012 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village, a report has <br /> been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br /> 2012 Street and Utility Improvements Project <br /> This project consists of street, sanitary sewer,water main, and drainage improvements in the <br /> following locations: <br /> 1. Street and Utility Reconstruction <br /> ■ Belden Drive from 36"'Avenue NE to 34''' Avenue NE <br /> ■ Coolidge Street NE from 36"'Avenue NE to 34'h Avenue NE <br /> ■ 35`"Avenue NE from Belden Drive to Harding Street <br /> 2. Coolidge/Harding Backyard Drainage Improvements <br /> 3. Macalaster Drive Sanitary Sewer Pipe Bursting <br /> 4. Lowry Avenue NE Drainage Improvements <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance <br /> with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the <br /> improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br /> the improvements of$2,155,050. <br /> 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 28`h day of <br /> February 2012, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as soon <br /> thereafter as possible,and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br /> hearing and improvements as required by law. <br /> 3.
