ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 12-030 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR THE <br /> MACALASTER DRIVE SANITARY SEWER PIPE BURSTING PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the improvement as shown on the plan for the above- <br /> referenced project,quotes were received, opened and tabulated according to law,and the <br /> following quotes were received complying with the request: <br /> Contractor Total Bid <br /> 1 Minger Construction, Inc. $98,242.61 <br /> 2 Nodland Construction Co., Inc. $107,787.50 <br /> 3 Geislinger and Sons,Inc. $167,239.00 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Minger Construction, Inc. of Chanhassen, MN is the lowest responsible <br /> bidder, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br /> Minger Construction, Inc. in the amount of$98,242.61 in the name of the City of St. Anthony, <br /> Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above-referenced project according to the plans and <br /> specifications,therefore,approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
