CITY OF ST. ANTHONY RESOLUTION 12-033 A RESOLUTION RE-ESTABLISHING UNCHANGED PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 20413.14 the governing body of each municipality shall establish the boundaries of the election precinct in the municipality;and WHEREAS, precinct boundaries must be reestablished within 60 days of the time when the legislature has been redistricted or at least 19 weeks before the state primary in a year ending in two,whichever comes first;and HENNEPIN COUNTY-Precinct 1: That portion of the City commencing at the intersection of Stinson Boulevard and 31St Avenue N.E., thence east on 31St Avenue N.E. to the intersection of U.S. Highway 8 and 31St Avenue N.E., thence northeast on U.S. Highway 8 to the intersection of Old Highway 8 and Highcrest Road, thence south crossing Highway 88, Anthony Lane N.E., County Road C, and Gross Golf Course to approximately Highway 280, thence west, crossing St. Anthony Boulevard, through Sunset Memorial Cemetery, thence north to Lowry Avenue N.E., thence west on Lowry Avenue N.E. to the intersection of Lowry Avenue N.E. and Stinson Boulevard N.E., thence north on Stinson Boulevard to 31St Avenue N.E.;and HENNEPIN COUNTY- Precinct 2: That portion of the City commencing at the intersection of Stinson Boulevard N.E. and 31St Avenue N.E., north on Stinson Boulevard N.E. to the intersection of 37th Avenue N.E., thence east on 37th Avenue N.E. to the intersection of 37th Avenue N.E. and Highcrest Road, thence south on Highcrest Road to the intersection of Highcrest Road and Old Highway 8, thence southwest on Old Highway 8 to 31St Avenue N.E., thence west on 31St Avenue N.E. to the intersection of 31St Avenue N.E. and Stinson Boulevard N.E.; and RAMSEY COUNTY- Precinct 1: That portion of the City commencing at the intersection of Stinson Boulevard and County Road E,east on County Road E to the intersection of County Road E and Silver Lake Road, south on Silver Lake Road to the intersection of Silver Lake Road and Silver Lane, east on Silver Lane to the intersection of Silver Lane and Highcrest Road, south on Highcrest Road to the intersection of Highcrest Road and 37th Avenue N.E., west on 37th Avenue N.E. to the intersection of 37th Avenue N.E. and Stinson Boulevard, thence north on Stinson Boulevard to the intersection of Stinson Boulevard and County Road E. BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby establishes the following polling locations: Hennepin Precinct 1 - Autumn Woods 2600 Kenzie Terrace Hennepin Precinct 2- St. Anthony Community Center 3301 Silver Lake Road Ramsey Precinct 1 - Chandler Place 3701 Chandler Drive
