CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 12-036 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE AMENDMENTS TO THE GREATER <br /> METROPOLITAN HOUSING CORPORATION'S PROGRAM GUIDELINES <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St Anthony renewed the contract with Greater Metropolitan <br /> Housing Corporation (GMHC) for the implementation of housing <br /> programs for St. Anthony Residents for 2012 on February 14, 2012;and <br /> WHEREAS, in reviewing the Program Guidelines, it was negotiated to amend the <br /> sections of Interest Rate, Loan Program and Total Project Costs to bring <br /> these sections up-to-date. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby adopts the Amendments to the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation's <br /> Program Guidelines. <br /> Adopted this 13th day of March, 2012 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
