- CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 12-037 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A STUDY REGARDING REGULATION OF <br /> ASSEMBLIES, MEETING LODGES, AND CONVENTION HALLS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Saint Anthony Village as follows: <br /> 1. Under the City's Zoning Code, properties used for"assembly, meeting lodges, <br /> or convention halls"are conditional uses within Light Industrial or Commercial <br /> zoning districts. <br /> 2. The City Council hereby authorizes a study to be undertaken by the City staff <br /> in conjunction with the Planning Commission for the purpose of considering <br /> amendments to the Zoning Code regarding the regulation of assemblies, meeting <br /> lodges, and convention halls. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Saint Anthony on this 13th day of March, 2012. <br /> ` rome O.
