<br /> A RESOLUTION SETTING THE SEWER RATES,THE WATER RATES AND THE
<br /> CHARGES FOR STORM WATER FACILITIES FOR THE
<br /> 2012 UTILITY BILLING CYCLE
<br /> WHEREAS, changes to the Sewer Rates, Water Rates and Charges for Storm Water Facilities
<br /> have historically been approved by ordinance; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the last increase for the minimum Sewer Rate was 2007, Water Rate was 2007
<br /> and Charges for Storm Water Facilities was 1998; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony passed Ordinance 2012-004 allowing
<br /> the Sewer Rates, Water Rates and Charges for Storm Water Facilities to be
<br /> increased by resolution; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Sewer Rate will be increased to $3.70; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Water Rates will increase to the following according to their tier:
<br /> Residential
<br /> Consumption (gallons) Rate
<br /> Tier I 0 - 7,500 $2.67 per 1,000 gallons
<br /> Tier II 7,500- 15,000 $2.80 per 1,000 gallons
<br /> Tier III 15,000-22,500 $3.08 per 1,000 gallons
<br /> Tier IV 22,500- 30,000 $3.54 per 1,000 gallons
<br /> Tier V Over 30,000 $4.43 per 1,000 gallons
