CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 12-044 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br /> WITH EAST METRO SPECIAL WEAPONS AND TACTICS TEAM (SWAT) <br /> RELATING TO AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY COVERAGE <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St Anthony Police Department has been a member of the East <br /> Metro Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT) for approximately five <br /> years;and <br /> WHEREAS, the League of Minnesota Cities has suggested that the agreement be <br /> amended to include additional language for the automobile liability <br /> coverage. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby amends the Joint Powers Agreement with East Metro Special Weapons and <br /> Tactics Team (SWAT) Relating to Automobile Liability Coverage. <br /> Adopted this 24th day of April,2012 <br /> c_ <br /> M yor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: Ak <br /> City Manager ly <br />
