CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 12-045 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE GREATER METROPOLITAN HOUSING <br /> CORPORATION'S PROGRAM GUIDELINES AS AMENDED <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St Anthony renewed the contract with Greater Metropolitan <br /> Housing Corporation (GMHC) for the implementation of housing <br /> programs for St. Anthony Residents on February 14, 2012; and <br /> WHEREAS, in reviewing the Program Guidelines, it was negotiated to amend the <br /> sections of Interest Rate,Loan Program and Total Project Costs to bring <br /> these sections up-to-date; and <br /> WHEREAS, these amendments were presented to City Council on March 13, 2012 and <br /> after discussion the City Council tabled the item; and <br /> WHEREAS, GMHC has amended the Interest Rate, Loan Amount, and Total Project <br /> Cost. In addition, has submitted additional guidelines for Loan <br /> Amortization, Loan Closing and Loan Servicing. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby adopts the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation's Program Guidelines as <br /> Amended. <br /> Adopted this 241hday of April, 2012 <br /> } <br /> M yor <br /> ATTEST: &"4926�_ <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: Va'� 1�z <br /> City Manager <br />
